On April 4th, 2018, the player won 500 Euros and ordered a withdrawal. The casino requested documents that the player sent successfully. Then on June 28th, the player won 1,600 Euros, resubmitted the documents, and waited for payment of the money. A few days later his account was blocked without any reason.

On April 25th, the player logged in and made a deposit of 100 Euros. He played for several hours, and increased his balance to 3,801 Euros. Then he decided to cash out. The player sent documents that were approved. Nevertheless, on the same day he received an email saying that players from Sweden were not accepted for the game due to new Swedish law. His account was closed, and the deposit was paid back. The player did not agree with this decision of the casino, as there were no warnings and limitations before.
